Our wish was granted last February 5, 2013. All the Manila City Hall Vice Mayors office staff were very accommodating. Special thanks to Ms. Weng Santiago, Araceli Alcantara, Abigail Labro and Cheryl Guirnalda.
Before the day ends it became our VERY LUCKY DAY with VICE MAYOR ISKO MORENO. All the while we thought everything will end that way ( picture lang) . Tama nga ung kasabihang expect the unexpected.
