Justin's Laboratory Reports

Liver Biopsy Result:

The liver biopsy was made after baby Justin's Kasai procedure. Unfortunately the result is not we are hoping, he was diagnosed for a positive Biliary Atresia with Cirrhosis.

                                                 















The Doctor's Recommendation:

After the Kasai procedure, Justin was referred to a Gastroenterology to check and monitor Baby Justin's health and was given some medications and multivitamins to prevent Baby Justin for having complications. A recommendation for a Liver Transplant was still advised to us.

Bilirubin Test Results:

After the Kasai procedure, Baby Justin had another bilirubin test to check if the procedure was successful. Sad to say, his bilirubin was still high.   Based on his previous bilirubin result Justin's total bilirubin is 135.30 and after the Kasai procedure it goes up to  180.00).
